Other Image Solutions provides branding, web design, packaging design, workwear branding, AI workflow optimization, and related consulting services for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submitting a consultation request through our contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. It is an inquiry that we will respond to within 24 business hours. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a project proposal or contract.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are outlined in individual proposals and contracts. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance.
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Belgian law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Other Image Solutions provides the Site and its content on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
